- ONLINE TICKET IS NOT CANCELLED BY THE SAME DATE (JOURNEY DATE),MONEY IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
- ONCE A TICKET IS ISSUED ON PAYMENT BY CASH, IT CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED UPTO 4 HOURS BEFORE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE OF THE BUS.
- IN CASE OF SUCH CANCELLATIONS RS.20 WOULD BE LEVIED AS A FLAT CANCELLLATION CHARGE FOR EACH PASSENGER.
- THE Natraj Bus SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF A PASSENGER WAS TO MISS THE BUS ON ACCOUNT OF DELAY IN REACHING THE SCHEDULED BOARDING POINT. WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY FOR "NO SHOW".
- THE Natraj Bus SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY OR INCONVENIENCE CAUESD DURING THE JOURNEY ON ACCOUNT OF BREAKDOWN OF THE VEHICLE/MECHANICAL FAILURE, AIR CONDITION NOT WORKING PROPERLY OR OTHER REASONS BEYOND CONTROL OF THE BABA SHANKAR AGENCY.
- THE Natraj Bus SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT OF GOODS OR PROPERTY/LUGGAGE OF THE PASSENGER OR IN THE EVENT OF THE PASSENGER MEETING WITH AN ACCIDENT DURING THE JOURNEY OR OTHERWISE.
- SMOKING & USE OF ALCHOL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUESTED TO OBTAIN THE AOTHENTICATED TICKETS FROM THE OPERATOR.
- ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO JAMESDPUR JURISDICTION ONLY.
